LEGO plans to treat its fans in 2024 with the announcement of many new sets planned for the beginning of the year. Fans of the Marvel saga will be particularly happy.
LEGO Marvel fans can look forward to an exciting start to 2024 with new sets being revealed in January. Although most of the new LEGO sets for early 2024 have already been revealed in recent weeks, LEGO has taken the time to describe some of them in detail. Today we finally have official images of the ones releasing on January 1st! Perfect for preparing gifts and parties.
Motorcycle Chase: Spider-Man vs. Doc Ock (76275)
First of all, a small set for 9.99 dollars that offers us the very first “Venomized” Doc Ock figure. The 77-piece set also includes Spider-Man, his motorcycle and a lamppost. Everything is available from January 1, 2024.
Poison Mech (76277)
Scheduled for early 2024, the LEGO Marvel Venom Mech set (76276) enriches the Marvel Mech range with two new models, the Venom Mech being the first of these. This mechanism consists of 134 parts and includes not only Venom but also Miles Morales as figures. The mech will be sold as usual at a price of 14.99 dollars.
Rocket Raccoon Warbird (76278)
For Guardians of the Galaxy fans, Rocket’s ship, the Warbird, will be available as a LEGO set under the number 76278 at a price of 37.99 dollars. This model consists of 290 pieces and is equipped with several large cannons that can be fired, a special feature of this set. Rocket Racoon himself and Ronan are included as minifigures.
Spider-Man Car (76279)
In another small set dedicated to Spider-Man, LEGO presents the Spider-Man car (76279), accompanied by figures of Spider-Man, Spider-Gwen and a “poisoned” Green Goblin with his glider. This set includes a total of 227 pieces and costs 34.99 dollars. It is true that few people are aware of the existence of a car in Spider-Man colors like Batman’s.
Spider-Man vs. Sandman: Final Battle (76280)
In January, LEGO will release an expansion for the Spider-Man Final Battle set released this summer for No Way Home. The set, sold at a price of 37.99 dollars, includes the Lizard and Sandman characters, which were missing from the original set. The sandman’s buildable upper body can be combined with the other set by placing it on it. The extension comprises a total of 347 stones.
X-Men Jet (76281)
After 10 years of waiting, LEGO is finally releasing a new version of the X-Men Jet (76281), marking a remarkable return of the X-Men to the LEGO universe. This 359-piece set includes four new X-Men figures: Wolverine, Magneto, Rogue and Cyclops. However, this set is offered at a relatively high price of 84.99 dollars.
Rocket and baby large (76282)
Among the new sets, the largest in terms of number of pieces is “Rocket & Baby Groot” (76282) from LEGO Marvel. This set, sold for 59.99 dollars, contains 566 pieces to build a full-size rocket. The set also includes a new Baby Groot figure.
Spider-Man Mask (76285)
The final Marvel set in January is the Spider-Man Mask (76285). Although it was already revealed in the last few weeks, it is worth mentioning to complete the list. This new buildable Spider-Man mask consists of 487 pieces. It will be available in stores for 69.99 dollars.
