Call of Duty: Warzone is full of Easter Eggs: in addition to an enigmatic bunker, there are also allusions to the large number of leaks that existed before the official release on March 10.
In its latest video, the YouTuber Inkslasher has now presented some maps from older call-of-duty titles, which have made it into the huge map of Warzone in a slightly different form:
Multiplayer maps
Kill House from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
In the north Military base there is an almost complete replica of the map Kill House. The DLC map for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, just like the original, has a red and a blue side. The only thing missing is the large watchtower in the middle of the map, located in Warzone on the edge of the site.
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare broadcast
The area is in the middle of the map TV station. Here was almost the full map Broadcast reproduced from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. The big difference is that the original map was played in Iran, while the Warzone version – like the rest of the map – is in Russia.
Vacant from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
The map Vacant from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare can already be found as part of a Ground War map and as an independent multiplayer map in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. At the port of Verdansk there is an almost identical replica of the cards. In contrast to the original, where Vacant was an open plan office Vacant in Warzone more of an industrial warehouse.
Scrapyard from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
The zone is to the west of the Warzone map Boneyard. This includes an exact replica of the multiplayer map Scrapyard from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. The aircraft cemetery was already part of the Ground War Map Zhokov Boneyard and is therefore one of the less surprising Easter Eggs.
Campaign locations
All Ghillied Up from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
The mission All ghillied up Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is still considered by many players to be one of the best levels in a shooter. In the exciting sneaking mission we have to fight as Captain Price through the abandoned ghost town of Prypjat.
Two locations can be found in Warzone: the iconic Ferris wheel and the swimming pool.
The Gulag from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
A story location from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 also made it to Warzone: the Gulag from the mission of the same name. While we have to free Captain Price from his captivity in the story mission, in Warzone the players duel here after the death for a second chance.
Recently, players have discovered an extremely creative way of getting their teammates there early with small pebbles.
