The next generation of Xbox consoles are defined by three advanced features: power, speed and compatibility.
The Xbox team knew they needed to create the next-gen console capable of running 4K games at 60fps that would not cause problems for developers. They also challenged themselves to deliver the level of work previously thought impossible on the console, including support up to 120 fps in the most sought-after and competitive games.
To support these needs, the group strengthened its long-term partnership with AMD.

One of the most important things (aimed primarily at gamers) on the Xbox Series X will be the support of DirectX's core, which measures light and sound properties in real time with greater accuracy than other technologies.
The Xbox team analyzed all input channels, from controls to console and from console to screen. New technologies such as Dynamic Latency Input (DLI) have been developed and help create HDMI 2.1 placement by adding new features for centric games such as 120hz, Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), Low Speed Automatic Latitude (AllM). The team has also worked with leading television producers for the past two years to ensure that the virtual ecosystem is ready for Xbox Series X features.
The game compatibility continues in the next generation. With a combination of software and software, they promise to ensure that thousands of games on the Xbox One, including Xbox 360 and original Xbox games will be played much better on the Xbox Series X
