Cars become computers at a speed similar to that at which cell phones, watches and other devices did the same. One of the brands driving this change is Tesla, which has its own software, comparable to companies like Google with Android Automotive.
One of the most popular features of these cars is the ability to open streaming, music or video apps to liven up the moment which is spent, for example, on charging the car during a trip. These 20 or 30 minutes are much more bearable with a film or series.
Teslas have integrated YouTube, Netflix or Disney+ applications, but any platform allows use via the car’s built-in web browser. Of course, the most comfortable way to watch a multitude of series and channels is a website created by Lars Hoffmannone of the best known electric car YouTubers in Europe.
Tesla for everyone
This content creator designed a website for his Tesla that brings together dozens of open platforms and channels, with a very easy-to-use interface and, what is less common, the possibility to put in full screen the web browser, which cannot be done normally.
This website, called Teslaparatodos.com/Cine, is divided into three sections. At the top are the general channels, such as Antena 3, La 2, 24 Heures or Telecinco. On average there are video streaming platforms the most used in Europe, such as Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV+ or Disney+. In the last section are the regional channelslike Telemadrid or Canal Sur.

To use a channel, simply click on it and live playback begins. ANDIn the case of a platform, you must enter the username or passwordOf course, for which you must have an account. It is an advantage that most of the services are available in Europe, although some are still missing, such as Filmin.
Navigating these applications, once the account is logged in, is like doing it in a computer’s web browser, just with a touchscreen instead of a mouse and keyboard. Obviously, to enter the username and password, the Tesla on-screen keyboard is used.
Finally, underline the button at the top right which allows you to view it in full screen, to take advantage of the more than 15 inches that Teslas have inside. Sound control is done from the steering wheel or from the car interface.
