Deceit 2 gets in the mood for the holidays on PC with a Christmas update. There is no word on the console version!
World Makers, an independent studio specializing in the development of multiplayer sandbox games, is pleased to announce a massive Christmas update for its social deduction thriller Deceit 2. This has already been released for PC.
These updates promise to take the game to new heights, offering a new holiday event, fresh cosmetics, updated gameplay experiences and an immersive twist on the holiday season.
Just in time for the holidays, Deceit 2 introduces a spooky Christmas event that will transform your gaming experience into a festive nightmare. Through January 4, 2024, you can get into the holiday spirit with holiday decorations, themed skins, and more. Collect Christmas “joy” by purchasing items from the merchant and exchanging them for exclusive, wonderfully spooky rewards. The Christmas event is designed to add a touch of cheer to the world of Deceit 2 and make deceiving your friends even more exciting during this merry season.
Xbox and PlayStation players are on the fence, because while it was said in October that the plan was to release the console version of Deceit 2 in November, there is still no word about the console game to date.
As soon as the optimizations were available for PC, the studio wanted to devote itself to the console version, it was said two months ago, in order to publish Deceit 2 for Xbox Series X / S and PlayStation 5. Apparently nothing will come of it – at least this year.
