a new patch to become slightly stronger

patch, slightly, stronger

A new Diablo 4 update is live and you shouldn’t miss it. A big change will allow you to be even more powerful, but it won’t last forever.

Diablo 4 tries to meet the desires and expectations of all players with different levels of responsiveness. There will always be some in the community who are more in a hurry than others, but at least things are moving forward. And in fact, a new patch has recently been released that should satisfy anyone looking for powerful, but sometimes too rare, equipment. Power and ability changes have also been made, with a fix to address annoying performance and stability issues.

A new update with a surprise

Diablo 4 currently offers free content that you don’t know what to do with. Blizzard is giving away free Dragoon Path armor and trophies to everyone until December 26th. It is possible for Prime Gaming members to obtain the mount from the Death’s Burden Pack until January 18, 2024. This is a quick reminder, but we are here for the new update 1.2.3a. A fifth hotfix that temporarily doubles the drop rate of truly rare unique items.

Additionally, the Transfiguration power is evolving, and the Electric Shock skill should no longer cause major problems while playing. Here’s what’s new in the Diablo 4 patch.

Notes on patch 1.2.3a Diablo 4 – Hotfix 5

  • Duriel’s Echo Ultra Uniques drop rate will be doubled until January 8, 2024. Note: The drop rate will be temporarily increased to help Diablo 4 players looking for these pieces of gear. Nice holidays !
  • Vampiric powers
    • Metamorphosis: The duration of the Unstoppable mechanic no longer changes based on level. Duration is now 2.5 seconds on all levels. Damage increases from 80, 120, 160% to 110, 180 and 250%. Note: The descriptive information about metamorphosis is not current and does not reflect new values. This will happen in a next patch
  • Fixed a bug where, in extreme cases, the Electric Shock skill was causing stability and performance issues
