The PlayStation 5 has been around for a few years now, but the PlayStation 3, which is now very old, is apparently still in demand among many gamers.
If you thought that pretty much no one was using the PlayStation 3 anymore, you were probably mistaken. New information about the use of the very old Sony console has now emerged from the massive leak at Insomniac Games, which is known to have fallen victim to a hack.
The leaked data also contained statistics that revealed that the PlayStation 3 still has millions of active users – more than 15 years after its original launch. How PlayStation Lifestyle Based on the leaked statistics, the platform still had almost two million active users per month in February 2023. In the period from December 2022 to February 2023, the active player numbers on the PS3 fluctuated between 1.9 and 2.3 million gamers.
