This week's Call of Duty: War Zone update is live.

Call of Duty: War ZoneThe first big patch has arrived and introduced solo mode. Solos works like other Royal Battle Royales games, limiting the game to solo players.

There's nothing special about this, but it's one of the first things players ask when Warzone starts, because sometimes it's difficult to find competent teammates when people you don't know are unwilling to participate.

In the solo, the dead player will get a chance in Gulag as in the three-player mode, but for obvious reasons losing the battle there will take you back to the lobby.

The patch also brings many popular fixes to Warzone, including rewarding kill points to players who knock down the enemy instead of killing the enemy. It also solves another problem that causes players to tend to lie prone under the "buying station" before using it.

Infinity Ward addressed a key issue that caused the threat table (for players being hunted) to disappear when the team completed other contracts.

Elsewhere, players of Modern Warfare have refreshed their playlists in this week's update, adding Kill Confirmation Kill, Mercenary Mospit, and the new 24 of the 10v10 Atlas Supermarket / 7 playlist.

Please read below for all the fixes in this week's patch.

  • Fixed a rare bug that allowed players to increase their movement speed after coming out of Gulag and re-entering the game.
  • Fixed a bug where players might find their weapons in the stowed position and could not reload or use their weapons.
  • In some cases, players may fall under the "buying station" when lying on their stomachs. This issue has been resolved.
  • If the contract is completed while looking for players from the bounty contract, the threat interface may disappear from the screen. This issue has been resolved.
  • Updated text to "Redeploy Teammates" to make it more visible on screen when you can repurchase teammates.
  • Addressed issue where the last target in the Ship and Train Mission did not track as expected.
  • Kills are counted against players who knock down enemy players.
  • Fixed a bug where players could shoot when shooting down.
  • Fixed a bug where players could not use balloons to deposit cash if their settings were set to "Contextual Tap".
  • Fixed a bug where players could plug into a hospital wall.
