After differences with the publisher of The Sinking City, the rights to the publication now belong to Frogwares.
Developer Frogwares and publisher Nacon have apparently resolved their disputes. As the Ukraine-based developer announced today via social media, they are now the sole publisher of The Sinking City on all platforms.
In March 2021, Frogwares accused the publisher of cracking the game, hacking it and offering it for sale as a pirated copy on Steam. Previously, the game was removed from digital stores in August 2020 due to possible breach of contract.
There will be an update with bug fixes and optimizations in the next few weeks. News about the future of The Sinking City will be shared soon.
