It looks like Konami is about to release its metal gear 3 and silent hill 2 Remade this year.
Here’s a video released by Sony today outlining upcoming games set to release on PS5 in 2024.
Konami has yet to provide a release window for either game, but thanks to Sony, we know the games will launch sometime this year. Of course, it’s worth remembering that things can change, so don’t get too excited before setting a date.
Announced in 2022, Silent Hill 2 Remastered Edition It is being developed for PC and PS5 in collaboration with Bloober Team, a studio with a passion for developing horror games, and Masahiro Ito, the creature designer of Silent Hill 1-3 and the art director of the second and third installments.
Akira Yamaoka, the composer of the soundtracks for the first three games in the series and other games, is also involved.
Originally released in 2001, this psychological survival horror game centers on widower James Sunderland, who travels to the small town of Silent Hill after receiving a letter from his dead wife. Upon arrival, he discovers a woman named Maria by the lake, with whom he bears a striking resemblance.
Metal Gear Delta: Snake Eater It is the Unreal Engine 5 remake of 2004’s “Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater”. This is the fifth Metal Gear game written and directed by Hideo Kojima, and a prequel to the entire Metal Gear series.
The story takes place in 1964, 31 years before the events of the original “Metal Gear”. A Fox agent code-named “Naked Snake” is trying to rescue a Russian rocket scientist. He was also responsible for sabotaging an experimental superweapon and assassinating his defecting former boss. As with previous versions, the focus is on infiltration and stealth as you roam the game’s jungle environment.
Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is currently in development for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
