Dying Light celebrates 5 years since it was released. The Techland title puts us in the shoes of a survivor who must face hordes of zombies during the day, while at night he must flee from them, as they suffer mutations that make them much more agile, intelligent and violent beings. The dynamic day / night as well as the parkour-oriented gameplay and first-person action made the title stand out among its competitors, reaping very good sales.
After the announcement of a second part that will further delve into the rivalries between the surviving humans and the communities that are created, the players look forward to the evolution of the idea of this IP. Despite being delayed until further notice, Dying Light 2 remains one of the most anticipated games by all players.
Meanwhile, the official Dying Light account shared an infographic on Twitter with very interesting data about these 5 years of the title. What stands out the most are the 18 million playersYes, figures within the reach of very few games and less if they are new IPs. Of those 18 million only 5.5 have managed to finish it, taking ahead 36 billion zombies.

Total, Gamers have dedicated more than 584 million hours to Dying Light and traveled over 2 billion miles on foot, about 3 million km. As you can see, the Techland game has some not enviable figures and seeing how the situation is in the streets, perhaps the best idea is to play some games in a post-apocalyptic world. The game is available on Xbox One, Steam and PlayStation 4
