Although he did not specify the reason or the exact date of his last video, recently reaffirmed that he continues working on creating games. Since launching in 2022, the channel has amassed more than 170 videos covering various topics, from game development to Sakurai’s personal anecdotes. Despite the channel’s closure, uncertainty remains about its upcoming projects and whether they could include a new Smash Bros. or other projects.
Sakurai continues to release content, such as his most recent video “Let Them Skip, Let The Pause,” where he explores the importance of skipping scenes in games. Remember that the creative launched his own YouTube channel a few months ago after stopping sharing daily screenshots of the fighting game.
