Hideo Kojima participates in the discussion
Sony now gets three large game series from Konami? New signs seem to indicate that Sony may get three large franchises as exclusive games in the future. Even Hideo Kojima may be involved.
The Konami game Silent Hill has appeared on the web and can be resurrected for PS5. Developer legend Hideo Kojima is said to be involved in the conversation between Konami and Sony. However, based on the new information, two other major game series may be discussed.
On the one hand, Sony is said to be interested in Metal Gear Solid, and on the other, Castlevania is also under discussion. The online blog Jack of All Controllers reported this by citing anonymous sources. Sony may be interested in buying these three brands for its platform. However, this has not been officially confirmed.
However, since the rumor only covers discussions on the subject between the parties, it is unlikely that we will look forward to a new game in time. Nonetheless, this information brings new hope to game fans. It's unclear whether future classic games or new games in the series will be ported.
Therefore, it is almost impossible for us to learn anything during the PS5 launch. But please be aware of future games on all platforms in our game release list. We will update the official information as soon as it is provided.
