By our count, this is episode 84 of the best gaming podcast ever. That’s a lot, and probably inaccurate. We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy making the show. With this little bit of friendly chat, it’s time to announce that in a few weeks we’ll be launching an expanded version of the show, which you’ll have to pay for. “Oh no,” you say. “Neither are they!” You added, clutching your wallet and letting out a sob. A tear slowly slid down your cheek.
Right, listen. This is a new section. We’re not taking anything away from people who just don’t want to pay. Each week Jim names the game he would choose if he was allowed to choose one, and the rest of us tell him why it was a bad choice (most likely).
The good news is, this week (and next week) we’re making this new section completely free. What a bargain! The bad news is that it will cost you around £30 a year or £3 a month thereafter. So considering its price, that’s not even bad news. We stress that we are not taking anything away – the core programming remains the same.
We will publish more news in the near future and explain how to sign up for a paid membership. But this is just a warning to avoid those tears and tantrums.
Regardless, this week we’re focusing on the games we’ve been playing, not the new ones we’re buying. We all have some, right? Let’s see what our group chose. This week we have Tom Ollie, Rebecca Jones and Mark Warren. They are experts and honest.they like video games for livelihood
