If you’re looking for a way to stake your claim in the hugely popular but also hugely controversial Palworld, a new glitch discovered by players will let you work a little magic to capture some powerful tower boss Pals – and their human riders.

While the game has been found to have a ton of other bugs so far, most of them are frustrating bugs rather than potentially useful little bugs like this. For example, encountering a black screen on launch (an issue Pocketpair aims to fix on some platforms with an update deployed yesterday) isn’t exactly going to help you become the king of all your friends.

However, a glitch recently discovered by players (thanks to PC Gamer) looks like it might be, assuming you’re interested in using a little trickery to capture tower bosses. It seems like the most obvious target to try to execute the glitch on is the early boss pairing of Zoe and Grizzbolt, which you can find in the Wren Syndicate.

As shown in this TikTok, in order to pull off the trick, you need to become a wanted criminal by attacking some guards and lure your pursuers to the boss’s location. Once there, the key is not to attack Zoe and Gray Bat yourself, but to lure the guards who follow you into the area to do so.

This should cause the Gray Bat to move away from their fire and stop attacking, at which point you can sneak up and throw a buddy ball at its back. If you do it right, this should grab the friend and rider and add them to your party as a single entity welded together, retaining the health and skills of Zoe and Grizzly as the boss duo, Rather than just leading the game to tell you they are immune to capture.

From there, you can hit respawn to escape the tower without having to face the angry mob you dragged inside. Considering the impact having a very powerful early game ally can have on your ability to win battles and engage in industry, it’s likely that this glitch will be fixed by Pocketpair soon, so if you don’t have any qualms, give it a go and you It has to be done so sharply.
