To improve Helzephyr’s partner ability, you need to create an Enrichment Capsule for Pal. For successful enrichment, you need 5 Helzephyrs: 1 main Helzephyr and 4 additional Helzephyrs, which are “eaten” by the main Helzephyr. By completing this upgrade, the Wings of Hell partner ability can be increased to level 2. To further improve Helzephyr, you will need 13 more Helzephyr.

Although it is relatively easy to get Helzephyr in the world of Palworld, you can certainly find a better version of yourself by obtaining him through breeding.
