Although we are all aware of the good work accomplished by the team of ID@Xbox has done with several lesser games, it’s never enough to highlight games relevant to the console. In an attempt to bring even more attention to independent releases that shine in their own light, Xbox has come up with a new program called Indie Selects, which, as its name suggests, It includes independent titles that stand out on their own merit.
This selection of games will be found available in the Xbox store itself, and will include the proposals chosen by ID@Xbox itself and community channels bringing their own back on the games in question. There will be several tabs as you see in the following image, breaking down recent releases or original topics such as “Games to play with cats” or “Games to be the villain”.
An exquisite and careful collection
Independent selections wants to highlight these little jewels which have no place, so in principle They will reject the titles that come out Xbox Game Pass. They consider that the titles that are released on the Microsoft service already have their own relevance by standing out in the Game Pass tab, and precisely what they want is to make known the alternatives that remain among the vast catalog of the console waiting to be found.
