The problem with this method is that it could hide important elements of the apps we used, like Google Maps, especially on small screens.
With the new interface, the Google Assistant now occupies the space already reserved and that applications cannot use, and which normally displays the open application bar. When we call the assistant with “Ok Google”, the applications will disappear and the typical phrase will appear asking us how it can help us. Once finished, the wizard will disappear and the apps will return to the display as usual. In this way, We will never lose sight of the application we have open even if the wizard is started.
