The next World War Z update will be released next week.

The third and last update World War IISeason 2 roadmap will be released on Monday, March 23. With this update, cross-play between PC and Xbox One is possible, while PS4 can arrive later.

Cross-platform games can be used in PvE mode. Unfortunately, cross-platform gatherings are currently not supported. Instead, players on PC and Xbox One will have a unified matching pool, so you can use the game's pairing to meet players on other platforms.

Since this only involves the PvE part of the game, it includes both story missions and tribal mode. The Monday update also adds new weapon variants that are free for all players, as well as new mission targets. It also brings new paid DLC in the form: Character skin.

Developer Saber Interactive is working on a new location for a new storyline in three of its own tasks. Little is known about these things at the moment, but hopefully more information will be found in the third quarter news release.
