The year started well for PS Plus subscribers. Will Sony continue its momentum? The “free” games for February 2024 have been revealed, here’s what to expect next month.
We know the chorus by heart by now. Every month, Sony offers three “free” games to all subscribers to its service. Three titles to add to the library, kept for as long as the PS Plus subscription lasts. After the price increase in September 2023, members are even more adamant than before. However, the year started very well for them, with A Plague Tale Requiem and Nobody Saves the World. Will the manufacturer continue its momentum next month? Here’s the PS Plus schedule for February 2024 with a day one release.
PS Plus games for February 2024
It’s pretty rare, but from time to time games become available as soon as they’re released on the PS Plus Essential. Typically, this treatment is reserved for members of the Extra and Premium plans, especially for solo productions. Stray, Tchia, Sea of Stars are all titles that were added to the performance catalog immediately after their release. However, Sony sometimes breaks its routine and offers games immediately after release, with Fall Guys and Meet Your Maker recently at the top.
Live service titles, then, based on the aura of PlayStation Plus to benefit from a big launch. This will be the case with Foamstars, a Splatoon-like game from Square Enix that was confirmed as the first game for PS Plus in February 2024. All that remained was to know which games would accompany it. We believe that the risk of disappointment is greater than ever. Here is the program:

When will the February 2024 PlayStation Plus games be available?
Even if the PS Plus games of February 2024 will not please everyone and many gamers are already crying with disappointment, they should not be thrown aw ay. The Rollerdrome in particular is very popular with players and critics. This rather unique single player game combines action, fighting, shooting and roller skating. A frankly stylish and fluid title, a mix between Max Payne and Tony Hawk.
“Steelrising” received a rather mixed response, but remains a beautiful Souls-like of its kind and a French delight. The game takes place in an alternate Paris, where the French Revolution was crushed by a robot army. Expect the most beautiful art direction, challenging combat, an original universe, but somewhat shaky technology. As for Foamstars, look for it when it comes out to make sure it isn’t another foam service game.
These three “free” PS Plus games will be available from February 2024 from February 6th to March 4th 2024 around 11 a.m. French time. So you still have a few days to add the current month’s entries to your library if you haven’t already done so. As a reminder, the January 2024 selection consists of A Plague Tale Requiem, Nobody Saves the World and Evil West. All three will become payable again as soon as the replacement arrives if you have not requested it in time.

For their part, PS Plus Extra and Premium members will have to wait a little longer to discover the additions to the catalog. However, Sony wanted to mark the occasion of the Valentine’s Day season by announcing the arrival of a new product 2-hour free trial of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. It will of course be reserved for subscribers of the high-end formula. Fall Guys players can console themselves by receiving a well-stocked package of costumes featuring iconic PlayStation characters. It contains :
