A few days ago we found out that the list of games that would reach the Essential level of the PS Plus subscription service in February 2024 would be headed by Square Enix’s competitive game Foamstarsbut now we also know the titles that will accompany it this month.

As you can see, this month’s games are as follows:
- Foamstars (PS4, PS5)
- Rollerdrome (PS4, PS5)
- Steelrising (PS5)
The launch of Foamstars through PS Plus is special because it is a day 1 launch and will not yet go on sale for the rest of the public or for other platforms.
Another of the February 2024 games on PS Plus Essential is Rollerdrome. This colorful indie game from the creators of OlliOli It started life in a gaming jam and became an action title inspired by the “deadly sports” stories popular in the ’70s and ’80s.
Lastly we have Steelrising. This ‘Souls’ style game from Spiders presents us an interesting alternative ‘clockpunk’ version of the French revolution. It has a very interesting combat system and fantastic enemy designs.
These games will be available to be added to subscribers’ libraries between Tuesday, February 6 and Monday, March 4, 2024. Once added, they will be able to keep them and download them whenever they want, as long as they maintain the subscription to PS Plus Essential or a higher level such as Extra or Deluxe.
