Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League plans to go all out with new playable heroes and a ton of free content. We also have a first taste of what’s coming, and it’s coming very, very quickly!
Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League has finally arrived on consoles and PC after very long years of development. A particularly messy development, tossed back and forth between overhaul, reboot, postponement and new (whatever you want). A hell that finally had a happy ending: the game is available, and it is not the disaster we expected, even if everything is not rosy. We’re teasing things a little for you, but our Suicide Squad review will be a little late, like many of our colleagues elsewhere. Just long enough to see the game up and down.

Suicide Squad will welcome a new legendary villain and free content
In any case, Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League has a head full of ideas and even if we don’t know if the game will be successful, it still has a ready roadmap and it is being implemented extremely quickly. Actually back in March. Yes, in a short month, Suicide Squad is entitled to a very big update full of free content, including a new supervillain, the legendary and unbeatable Joker.
If you’re wondering how the Joker was resurrected and no longer of this world in the “Arkhamverse” to which this Suicide Squad belongs, know that the developers chose the multiverse, the Elseworld at DC. This way you don’t have to worry about it. This will also allow the studio to create unique seasons and give players the opportunity to play as their favorite anti-heroes!
The roadmap is definitely long and no less than 4 seasons are already planned. We were able to get a first impression of it a few days ago in a short video put together by the studio. We discover the Joker and a little gameplay from Season 1.
All known free content for Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League up to date
From March 2024:
- Thematic Season 1.
- New playable hero: the Joker. Includes new equipment, talents and unique costumes.
- An all-new Joker-themed environment to explore.
- New bosses and new variants for existing enemies (we see a changed Green Lantern and Superman here).
- New weapons in the theme of the season (firearms and melee)
- New activities in the city and new endgame content.
- A whole host of new features to be announced soon.
Later in 2024:
- Seasons 2, 3 and 4 are already planned.
- New, unique environments. We can see a completely frozen world (which, by the way, might bring a certain Mr. Freeze with it), an alternate version of Gotham that is completely destroyed, and a world that looks like the Middle Ages.
- One playable hero per season (and everything that comes with it).
- News, weapons, equipment, activities in every season
- A big mid-season update
