The newest game in the Like a dragon Series, Infinite wealth continues the series’ focus on interpersonal relationships. In fact, there’s even a button to say hello to people. And once you’re on the streets of Hawaii, you won’t just say hello, you’ll say hello Aloha, and make a friend in the game’s in-world social media app, Aloha Links, which is unlocked in chapter three. Let’s explore the benefits of making friends this way in Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio’s latest RPG.
Simply walk up to someone with a gray smiley icon over their head and call them using the Square key on PlayStation, X on Xbox, and the Spacebar on PC. They will then be added to your Aloha Links friends list and the icon will change from gray to green, with a meter that increases as you do positive things for them, such as: B. give them gifts (if they ask for them) or save them from enemies on the street if they ally with them. As you become friends with more people, you will improve your personality stats and even receive some items.
You can view your friends by going to the pause menu, selecting “Smartphone,” then selecting the Aloha Links app.
Of course, not everyone will greet you with just an “Aloha!” Some NPCs require a little extra work. Animals, for example, will befriend you if you give them some food. Shiromaru, an adorable Shiba Inu doll from Harbor Park, will befriend you if you give him dog food (available at various item shops). Other people may enjoy other gifts, prizes won with claw machines, or something else. Some people may want more than just a gift, or may even want you to improve your personality stats such as intelligence or confidence before becoming friends with you. So be prepared to work for your growing friends list.
