Do you think you have completed this task? There is more pain in the store! Here's how to beat the Yokai version Shibata Katsuie in Nioh 2.
After a frustrating encounter with Maeda Toshile, you are not content with causing only one stress headache at each level, and you are stuck in a completely different test.

Nioh 2-How to Beat Shibata Katsuya
The video below is the first time I played in Nioh 2's blind game, and this battle technique finally used me. There were several close-range calls, but it showed how to deal with the constant pressure on his offense and punish the right for opening.
There are many elements of trial and error in this struggle. For example, you can prevent certain attack patterns from changing inside the Yokai realm, but not outside. At other times, things that you think you can safely stop happen suddenly.
Frustrating, this could be one of the highest wager boss battles you've encountered in the game. One mistake, you're dead-so be sure to buy Quick-change Ninjutsu to withstand the blow. It doesn't always work, but it's better than nothing.
Similar to Magara Naotaka, Shibata Katsuie is a mixture of human boss and Yokai boss found throughout the game. He is constantly attacking like a human, and ridiculously tracks his incredible and powerful actions such as Yokai.
He will rush towards you from the beginning of the battle. It is unstoppable, so you must avoid it, he will bounce on the wall 2 to 5 times.
It didn't seem that he had much rhyme or reason for doing so long. Watch out for swiping with his right hand, then swipe up. Here's your tip for sprinting and dropping a combo to his back.
Outside of Yokai's realm (apart from the charge attack), you can stop his many combos. However, many of them will last a long time and you will be staggered.
To fix this, I suggest you take a step back from the start of the combo, but be prepared to throw a guard when he approaches the shooting range. This way, when he finishes the game, you are ready to launch one or two cheek attacks.
But don't be greedy. If you spend too much time trying to reduce the attack, he will reset to the charge attack, and you will not have the chance to dodge-one combo and back down.
He had two attacks and he was waving an axe in the air. First he turned his arms over his head and then turned the axe. Dodge has since stepped back and is ready to sue him-he often does it together.
The second change is that he rotates a circle, and then the axe continues to rotate at increased speed and range. Back off to avoid the initial swing, then block the last few turns, or roll forward to complete the attack to establish a counterattack. Once in the circle, it won't hit you.
You can block or dodge when he leans back and throws an axe at you.
His fierce warthog attack is very simple and can dodge to the other side, but because he can quickly reset, it is not safe. However, if any attack is most likely to cause tears, it is definitely his black and white killer.
The tracing of his black and white unstoppable charges is crazy. Totally crazy. The range is great, if you roll too late, he will just run around and catch you-usually a curtain will be created.
The best strategy for solving this problem is to keep Shibata Katsuie generally far away, and when you see the black and white attacks diverge, sprint left or right, and then dodge when he approaches.
After you have avoided this attack, there is a good chance that you will get some damage behind him.
He also has several Burst Counters in the real world. The first is a simple enough burst attack, and you should be able to punish time quite simply.
There is also a place where he smashed both axes to the ground to create a fire pit. This is the original Grand Slam you want to assault, not a puddle.
In Yokai, things have changed. His basic combo is now full of flames and can be burned by guards.
However, the crawl that his fee changes to is preventable.
This means you need to start dodging the axe hits that would normally be blocked and stop crawling to stop the arena from sinking into the puddle.
You can still punish his lunges and burst counters, but pay more attention in Yokai Realm.
Keep the powder dry and keep dodging and rushing back to reduce your health. Reduced shimmering armor helps, especially since there are not many puddles available to use healthy regeneration gear.
The battle lasted a long time, and it was easy to panic in the end, and was affected by the ruthless pressure of Shibata's family. Although AI doesn't handle emergency attacks well, consider summoning a kind grave to help you.
