Now the manufacturer is introducing the next generation of the vacuum robot with the L10s Pro Ultra Heat. Because of the outstanding performance of the predecessor, we immediately tried to get a test device and after the test we missed almost nothing:

The new one has, among other things, extendable mops, an optional fixed water connection and a hot water mop wash.

Dirty edges are a thing of the past

In our test of the L10s Ultra we complained that the robot’s mopping pads couldn’t reach the baseboards, but Dreame is upping the ante here. The manufacturer has adopted the technology for extending the mops from the L20 Ultra Complete in the new model. Together with the rotating pads, they should not only ensure shiny floors, but also remove stubborn dirt right up to the edges.

While the previous model only had a suction power of 5,300 Pascal, the Vormax suction system of the L10s Pro Ultra Heat achieves a suction power of an impressive 7,000 Pascal. This puts even top-class robots like the Ecovacs Deebot T20 Omni or the Roborock S8 Pro Ultra in the shade.

Navigation and object recognition were already impressive in the previous model. With the new Smart Pathfinder navigation, the robot is supposed to analyze the best path to enable effective cleaning. The AI camera also avoids small objects and items of clothing such as socks. The integrated CleanGenius dirt detection detects stubborn stains and automatically allows the robot to pass over them several times.

6-in-1 pit stop with everything

The biggest change is the docking station of the vacuum robot. Once it has finished its cleaning journey, it automatically returns to the station, where the station takes on a whole range of tasks. According to the manufacturer, the robot vacuum cleaner can be in operation for up to 75 days without you having to intervene.

Tasks include automatic hot water mop cleaning and drying. The station is equipped with a 4 liter dirty water tank and a 4.5 liter tank for clean water. After cleaning, the mop is dried using hot air, which is intended to minimize the formation of mold or bad smells.

The robot’s dust container is automatically emptied into a 3.2 liter dust bag and filled with fresh water. The integrated automatic dosing system for cleaning solutions mixes the right amount straight away.

And the most practical thing: If you want to save yourself having to change the water in the station, simply use the optional water connection kit. With this, the station is quickly connected to the house’s fresh and waste water, making it completely automated – apart from the occasional change of the dust bag.

Thanks to the high suction power of 7,000 Pascal, the Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat leaves no crumbs behind.

Price and availability

The Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat has been available directly from the manufacturer since January 31st. With a price of 999 dollars, it is in the lower price segment of the upper class of robot vacuum cleaners and offers a strong price-performance ratio.

For a short time, early bird buyers will receive free accessories worth 49 dollars included in the package:

What alternatives are there?

Last year we also took a closer look at the Dreame L20 Ultra Complete in the test. Here too, the manufacturer relies on a high suction power of 7,000 Pascal and in the overall package it is one of the crème de la crème of the current vacuum robots with cleaning station. However, with an RRP of 1,299 dollars, it is also a lot more expensive.
