Nintendo has confirmed via its account that it will stop repairing the Nintendo 2DS, New Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo 3DS XL in the Land of the Rising Sun. Repairs will cease when the current supply of repair parts for each system is no longer available. It should be noted that this is only in Japan and that Nintendo has yet to announce a similar move in other territories. We’ll keep you posted if they do.
