The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time speedrunners have discovered a new glitch called Ganonfloor, after 12 years of the previous technique known as Ganondoor. The Ganonfloor route is based on the Wrong Warp technique and allows Link to go from the second dungeon to Ganon’s Tower, saving up to a minute compared to the previous route.
El glitch was discovered in 2017 when speedrunner DannyB found duplicities in a room that resulted in falls to the dungeon floor, but it wasn’t until now that it was related to polygon corruption, allowing save 60 seconds and set a new world record of completing Ocarina of Time in 11.47 minutes.
