Although there is no official announcement from Amazon and the fourth season is not yet available, the fifth season of The Boys is already in pre-production. And we already know the filming date.
The fifth season of The Boys is in the works
While Season 4 of The Boys is not yet available on Prime Video, Season 5 is already in production. Amazon hasn’t made anything official yet and is probably waiting for the fourth season to release next June. However, season 5 is already listed on Productionlist.com, a website managed by the Film & Television Industry Alliance that lists audiovisual projects currently in production. We therefore learn that The Boys season 5 is already “in development” and filming dates have already been set. The cast and crew are scheduled to meet in Toronto from April 8 to August 22 to film the new episodes.

To be honest, the information isn’t really surprising. Along with the “Rings of Power” series, “The Boys” is one of Amazon’s biggest hits. Gen V, the second spin-off of the series after the animated project Diabolical, appeared last year, will soon receive a second season and even forms the connection between seasons 3 and 4 of the main series, while the virus developed by Vought and The in this spin-off Introduced star has to play a leading role in the new season of The Boys. Additionally, another spin-off set in Mexico is reportedly in the works. With The Boys, Amazon is betting on an entire universe and wants to make maximum profit from it.
