Welcome to the week, friends of well-kept moving images! As usual, we’ll now show you the trailers and videos that impressed us the most from the previous week.
This time with driving at the technical limit, a large-scale new Western two-parter and the approaching hope for fans of action role-playing games. Have fun with our trailers of the week!

Platz 3: Expeditions

Expeditions: We show what a mission looks like in the new MudRunner game
Okay, strictly speaking this isn’t a trailer. We’ll show you our own gameplay. Why? Because we find it exciting, after all, the new Mudrunner game Expeditions offers such a completely different gaming experience around vehicles. Fast lap times don’t matter; instead, you have to traverse rough terrain as undamaged as possible without getting stuck somewhere or stretching your rubber tires towards the sky.
In the video, our author Christian Schwarz successfully fights his way down a steep slope using a cable winch. You can find out all the dirty details in his review of Expeditions: A Mudrunner Game.
2nd place: Horizon

Horizon: The first trailer for Kevin Costner’s new western epic is now available
This time a real trailer, not for a game, but for Kevin Costner’s new films. The Western Horizon: An American Saga tells the stories of the individuals and families who promoted the settlement of the West during the Civil War.
The work is designed as an epic and appears in two parts. Part 1 opens in cinemas on June 28th, with the second part following on August 16th.

Platz 1: Dragon’s Dogma 2

The powerful archmage has probably the most impressive spells up his sleeve in Dragon’s Dogma 2
Capcom’s action role-playing game is entering its second round. In the trailer you can see how practical the life of an archmage in Dragon’s Dogma 2 is, as he enjoys access to tornadoes and conflagrations at the push of a button. Even towering trolls can’t resist.
We’ve already been able to play Dragon’s Dogma 2 and come to the rare realization that more of the same is actually good news. The first part from 2016 already achieved a high approval rating of 89 percent on Steam. It will be interesting to see whether the successor can continue or even build on it.
