»No microtransactions and Battle Pass for sale. No horse skins for $65. No storage chests for sale.« Mahler does call Diablo 4 not explicitbut still alludes to Blizzard’s game with the mention of the horse skin.
A few weeks ago, a bundle for Diablo 4 caused a stir, which contained a skin for the mount as well as a large amount of in-game currency and cost 65 dollars.
“You simply create the larger chest with resources from the game world,” explains Mahler about the planned approach to this topic in No Rest for the Wicked.
Just a few days ago, Moon Studios showed a detailed gameplay video for No Rest for the Wicked:

25 minutes in Diablo Souls: No Rest for the Wicked shows a dark world, bosses, endgame and survival
He also explains that there will be no mounts in Moon Studios’ game. In one another post is it[called:
There are horses in our world, but you won’t be able to ride one because clever level design takes higher priority than selling mounts.
This is most likely another spike towards blizzard. You can see the level design and everything else in the action role-playing game from now on 18. April im Early Access on Steam
Allegations about the working atmosphere at Moon Studios
A Report der Website Venture Beat from 2021 accused the development studio of toxic statements by the studio founders Thomas Mahler and Gennadiy Korol. The research sources criticized the studio bosses’ harsh, unprofessional tone and inappropriate jokes. Mahler and Korol denied the allegations in a statement to Venture Beat in 2021 and did not want to comment further when asked by GameStar.
For fans of action role-playing games there was recently a new interesting candidate with Last Epoch. In addition, Path of Exile 2 is another possible high-profile release.
