Wolves are one of the most popular creatures in Minecraftespecially since the armadillo winner of last year’s Mob Vote to provide armor materials for them. We will soon have an update that will introduce different types of wolves and they are now available in the beta.
The wolf variants were revealed along with improvements to their armor and other new features such as the gust of wind in the latest edition of Minecraft Monthly. You can watch the video below and don’t forget to activate the Spanish subtitles.
What will be the different types of wolves in Minecraft?
We are going to list all the wolf variants and which biome each one will appear in.
- Café: jungle of vines
- Regular/pale: taiga
- Negro: pine taiga
- Lined: wasteland
- Blanco: arboleda nevada
- Ashen: taiga nevada
- forest wolf: forests
- Stained: sheet
- Chestnut: old spruce taiga
To take advantage of the arrival of the different types of wolves, armor will now be more resistant and can be repaired and customized.
As we already said, these new features are already available in the betas of both versions—Java and Bedrock—on PC. At the time of writing this note, we do not know the date of its arrival on the main servers.
