A judge has now signed off on the terms of a settlement between Nintendo and Yuzu that will see Yuzu pay Nintendo $2.4 million in damages. That’s not all, as Yuzu will need everything to stop all development and distribution of the source code for their successful Nintendo Switch emulator. Yuzu will also have to hand over its website to Nintendo. Yuzu is open source, so it is not clear whether a successor will take its place.
