More recently, on Tuesday March 5, the manager FortniteX (the social media platform formerly known as Twitter) posted a photo of a mysterious figure wielding a chain that ends in what looks like a snake skull. The identity of this character is currently unknown, but, based on the green tone, it could be Hades. We also don’t know if this will be an upcoming battle pass skin or not.

This image was preceded by an image of Zeus – king of the gods, as well as sky and thunder, in Greek mythology – on Monday March 4. It remains to be seen whether he will be one of the new skins, an NPC or perhaps even a boss…

It would be cool if we got an Artemis or Athena skin.

The Odyssey is obviously a reference to Homer’s The Odyssey – an epic poem about Odysseus’ long journey home from the Trojan War.
