Genshin Impact quickly established itself as a juggernaut among free role-playing games. With its numerous characters and regular updates, the Chinese software has created a real community without ever losing momentum since its release in 2020. Since then, Mihoyo has admitted to having content planned for at least a decade. Update 4.6 for Genshin Impact will be released in April and fans are overjoyed because the studio has confirmed what they have been waiting for for two years.
Genshin Impact presents the first Enforcer
Remember July 2022: a trailer for Genshin Impact caused a huge uproar in the community. There we saw several antagonists gathered around a table for the first time: the eleven Fatui executioners. For Mihoyo, this trailer was very unusual, as the group usually focuses more on the upcoming update and its events, rather than on a part of the story that is still far away. Additionally, the studio has a habit of introducing its characters and then making them available in the coming months.
This has never happened with this organization. The only exception is Tartaglia, who was introduced well in advance and before this mysterious group. But here it is, after two years of waiting, the first member of the executors finally enters: harlequin. On the official Genshin Impact account we learn a little more about Arlecchino, who has recently become the central character of the main quest.
Here is Harlequin?
She is known as the director of the La Maison du Foyer orphanage in the Fontaine region. It is a title she won by becoming the new Knave of the Executioners organization after defeating the old one. We know that she is called “Father” by the members of the house who are her “children.” Among them we find Lyney, Lynette and Freminet. As far as her abilities go, she will be a 5-star Pyro unit. This is a first in Genshin Impact since Liney in 4.0.
For that matter, we don’t know his weapon or his fighting skills. Even at the moment it is impossible to know who will accompany him on the summon banner, but it appears that he is the only new character of the season.
