Now that we’re fast approaching the one-year anniversary of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, we suspect that many of you have probably finished the game at this stage. Even if you haven’t yet and you’re still cleaning up the remaining Korok Seeds, it’s probably reasonable to assume that you’ve experienced enough of the game to decide how it stands next to its predecessor, Breath of the Wild.
Take for example our lovely video producer, Felix. In his latest video, he expresses how he much prefers Breath of the Wild to Tears of the Kingdom after experiencing both games. He goes into detail about why this is so, so we’d encourage you to watch the whole thing to fully understand his thinking. Still, we’ve given both games a 10/10 here on Nintendo Life and absolutely adore them for different reasons.
In fact, we’ve previously gone on record to demonstrate a few ways Tears of the Kingdom improves on Breath of the Wild, but does that necessarily mean it’s a better game overall? Hmm…
