Coronavirus has already delayed the release and update of some video games, and even as Nintendo moves on with its projects, there is a real chance that its upcoming releases and planned content may be postponed.

Speaking to The Washington Post recently (thanks heads up, GoNintendo), Crossing the Animals: New Horizons Director Aya Kyogoku also informed you how the Japanese team handled much better with the existing problems, and the development of content after its launch was ongoing. To say this, the party still needs to be changed:

We're not sure if we should change anything, but I think we should change.

Producer Hisashi Nogami added how important the group's life was now:

Depending on the development team, I have to think about their health and well-being.

The first free version of New Horizons (version 1.1.0) has already been released. It allows players to celebrate Bunny Day with a special event in April.

Just last week, Super Smash Bros. Finally Director Masahiro Sakurai said there was a "high probability" of the development of DLC fighting not continuing as planned due to COVID-19. He was also scheduled to make a presentation to the publisher, but key groups could not meet.
