These new companies will be known as Asmodee Group, Coffee Stain and Friends, and Middle-earth Enterprises and Friends.
What will be the composition of these new companies?
Asmodee Group will manage the distribution and publishing of board games, supported by a vast network of studies and an extensive catalog of intellectual property. During, Coffee Stain and Friends will focus on indie video games and low-budget titles
Eventually, Middle Earth Businesses will stand out in the development and production of triple A gameswith a portfolio that will include renowned companies such as Crystal Dynamics, Dambuster Studios, Eidos Montreal, Flying Wild Hog, Tripwire, Vertigo Games, Warhorse Studios and 4A Games, among others. These companies own iconic intellectual properties such as Tomb Raider, Dead Island, Deus Ex, Shadow Warrior, Killing Floor, Arizona Sunshine, Kingdom Come Deliverance and Metroamong many others.
