Leaks continue to occur around the successful action title Helldivers 2. Now gameplay footage has surfaced of a new exosuit that could find its way into the title.
Just yesterday a leak about Helldivers 2 became public, which showed a supposed new transport vehicle, which data miners found in an image file in the game files. Today we continue with potential new content for the current hype title.
The next leak shows a new exosuit in action in a nearly four-minute video clip. This new exosuit is called EXO-49 Emancipator and could also land in Helldivers 2 fairly soon, giving you a new battle mech to master difficult missions.
The user Emptnesz is responsible for the leak of the video. In this context, the first details were made public: The EXO-49 Emanicpator has a cooldown of 600 seconds and can be used twice on a mission. According to the leaker, the new model feels more armored than the well-known EXO-45 Patriot. On the other hand, the good piece apparently causes less damage and has less armor penetration.

The material originates from a test run, so whether and in what form the exosuit will actually make the leap into the live version remains to be seen. It would be possible, for example, that the mech’s stats and the cooldown could change even more significantly. In any case, there is no official information about the exosuit from developer Arrowhead.
Helldivers 2 is currently available for PC and PlayStation 5. Negotiations about an Xbox implementation are said to be at least in an early phase – it would be a novelty if Sony were to open up to the Microsoft console with a first-party title.
A new warbond for Helldivers 2 will be released in the new week on April 11th.
