Check out the first Akuma gameplay trailer for Street Fighter 6 to find out when the new character will be playable.
Capcom showed a first teaser for Akuma back in March. At the time it was said that the character would appear in Street Fighter 6 in the spring.
A gameplay trailer has now been released in which Akuma not only unleashes his wrath, but the date for the new addition has also been set, May 22nd.
Owners of the Deluxe and Ultimate Editions of Street Fighter 6 or the Year 1 Character Pass or Ultimate Pass will receive Akuma immediately upon release. Year 1 Ultimate Pass owners will also receive the new Enma’s Hollow tier.
The developer will also bring a balance patch with the Akuma update. Customizations for all characters are included there. What changes these will be will be announced later.
