The world-renowned virtual pop star is the subject of several upcoming Secret Lair drops for Magic the Gathering. The best part? She is going on a year-long print tour with a total of four Secret Lair drops. Polygon is previewing the first six maps in the series, which will go on sale in May.

The Vocaloid’s special card collections will be available seasonally throughout 2024, Wizards of the Coast said in a press release. The first, a six-card set titled Hatsune Miku: Sakura Superstar, will be part of the Spring Superdrop. Fans can pre-order the collection exclusively on May 13, 2024 starting at 9 a.m. PDT Secret Lair official website. The version without foil will retail for $29.99 and the version with foil will retail for $39.99. Both versions will be available in English and Japanese languages.
Hatsune Miku is the name of the music software and the associated mascot from Crypton Future Media. Miku has worked with other big IPs like Pokémon, has several video games and is in the middle of one IRL world tour where she appears on a big screen. Despite her accolades, the beauty of Miku is that she is a Vocaloid, meaning anyone can use her voice to make music. True to this spirit, the drop features illustrations from Miku fans from around the world. The drop contains designs from Jehan ChooJustyna Dura, Mandy Jürgens, Dani Pendergast, Yuko ShimizuAnd Profit/Syutsuri.
