Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door returns later this month, and if you’re planning to download a digital copy, you might be interested in how much space this new “remastered” version takes up on your system.
According to Nintendo’s official listing page for the game, you’ll need to have 5.0 GB free space on your device for its installation. In contrast, the latest entry Paper Mario: The Origami King required around 6.5 GB of space. And for those wondering, the original release of the GameCube was just over 1GB back in the day.
As for next month’s release, Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD, it looks like this new Switch version of the game will demand 3.3 GB free space for installation. The third outing was a much larger game, and the original 3DS title was less than 1GB.
