And, after learning that some users were still connected online despite the closure, we now have a curious detail from the StreetPass Mii Plaza. Unused hat textures have been found in StreetPass Mii Plaza version 1.0 Purple Mario and Red Luigi. These textures were removed in later versions of the game and the strangest thing is that it is not known what they would be used for.
