Several images from the filming set reveal Isabela Merced as Dina for the first time

HBO is preparing what will be the most anticipated series of 2025: The Last of Us. The second season was confirmed during the premiere of the first episodes, and despite the inconveniences related to the strikes, filming seems to be progressing at a good pace, with new signings that promise to be interesting for the next episodes.

One of the most notable announcements was that of Isabela Merced, who will play ignoble and will play an important role in the second season. After several months of production, we have finally been able to see the first images of the actress in this role, alongside Bella Ramsey.

These images were captured by fans

near the filming location, showing Bella and Isabela together in what appears to be a hunting or action scene, as Ramsey holds a long-range firearm. It’s important to note that while Bella looks similar to Ellie in the second part, Merced strays a little further from Dina’s original style, especially in her hairstyle and clothing.

However, it seems that the plot will follow a style similar to that of the second installment of the video game. The second season of The Last of Us for HBO it does not yet have a specific release date, but it is expected to arrive sometime in 2025.
