It only took a few days for Eternal DoOM to become the best-selling game in the mythical saga. The game went on sale on March 20 and within a few days the new creation of id Software managed to break all records and outweighed the previous game's sales, DoOM 2016.
DoOM Forever found the peaks of 100,000 users simultaneously connected to platforms like Steam. Overall, the game has achieved a complex harmony between the media and the public, being one of the most calculated games of what we have in 2020 and arguably the clear winner of this year's game.
