A fan of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has dedicated a year to building a replica of the world of Hyrule con LEGO. The impressive work, which spans 7.5 square feet, includes iconic locations such as the Death MountainLake Hylia and Hyrule Castle.
The fan, known as Linky in Reddit, has shared images of his creation, which has been praised by the community for its level of detail and the amount of effort invested. Linky has thought share instructions so that others can build their own replica.
While an official Zelda LEGO set of this size is not possible, the fan creation demonstrates the fans’ passion for the saga and the versatility of the LEGO blocks. We’ll likely continue to see impressive Zelda creations for years to come.
The construction includes around 15,000 pieces from LEGO and, although the user is not sure how many hours he invested in the construction, he mentioned that he completed it over a year. The aerial view of the construction resembles the game map, but it is in the close-ups where it shines most intensely. Some fans have asked for the build to become an official LEGO set, but it is too large to qualify.
