After a long absence, the Smash Bros. style fighting game with Warner Bros. characters is back with new faces like the Banana Guard, el Joker, Jason Voorhees and Agent Smith. To thank the beta players from a year ago, Multiversus has several gifts for them and also presented the different types of currencies that we will use to acquire characters and cosmetics.

Gifts for beta players
All those who played Multiversus when it initially came out a year ago you will receive the following rewards when you log back into the game.
- Free access to the first paid battle pass, which includes the character Jason Voorhees. They must log in by June 11, 2024 to receive it.
- ‘Snowsuit’ variant for Finn, by Adventure Time.
- ‘Rising Star’ effect when falling from the combat arena.
- Announcer voice ‘Guardia Banano’
To claim all these rewards you need to log in to the game with the same WB Games account you used when playing the beta.
In addition to these gifts, all players of Multiversus —regardless of whether they played the beta or not—will receive free gifts every day for seven days during the game’s launch period. Among these gifts are the new character Guardia Banano and its curious female variant completely free.

- Perk: This is the new currency that we will use to unlock the advantages or improvements that we can equip the characters with in the game. It can be earned by completing events, playing Rifts, mastery leveling, and as rewards in the Battle Pass.
- fighter coins: This will be one of the most desired currencies because it is the one that will allow us to buy new characters. Earned by completing events, playing Rifts, mastery leveling, and as rewards in the Battle Pass.
- Prestige Points: By purchasing certain cosmetics we will obtain this currency that will be used to purchase special “prestige” cosmetics.
- Gleamium: This will continue to be the ‘premium’ currency of Multiversus and can be purchased with real money, but can also be obtained in events and as a battle pass reward. We use it to buy cosmetics, emotes and battle passes.
