In the final Meet the Team video clip, Ignis adds a fiery touch to the abilities of her Cape teammates.
Developer Spitfire Interactive and publisher Daedalic Entertainment have released another trailer for their turn-based superhero tactics game Capes, which will be released on May 29, 2024, for PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5/4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One.
Fire broke out
Ignis had a burgeoning career as a presenter and personality in the local music and culture space. The bubbly, cheerful and infectious personality she exudes on camera also lives a similar life off camera.
Nothing seems to faze her. She doesn’t avoid conflict – she just tries to make the best of the situation.
Her personal motto is: “If you can’t smile when things are going badly, you’re spending half the time frowning that you could have spent having fun.”
On the battlefield, Ignis is a powerful hero and ally who uses fire to deal damage or control areas of the battle. She fires up her allies when they team up with her, and adds fire damage to her attacks.
This is Capes
At its core, Capes is an action-oriented, turn-based superhero strategy game. Level up your heroes and combine their powers to launch devastating team-up attacks in strategically challenging missions.
Play through the dark and gritty campaign to uncover the truth behind supervillain Operator Alpha’s terrifying enhancement program, and complete side missions to upgrade your heroes and learn more about their past.
Royal City Edition
Those looking to save the city with flair should consider the Capes: King City Edition, which launches at the same time. The King City Edition includes the full game and the Supporters Pack, which is filled to the brim with additional content, including alternate hero appearances, an art book with over 50 pages of the art behind Capes, and more.
