We bring confirmation of news about this title for Nintendo Switch. This was announced just a few minutes ago by its developers and effectively focuses on Metal Slug Tactics.
According to what was shared, this game has resurfaced and finally will be released in autumn 2024. Remember that the latest news reached us in 2022, when it was delayed until 2023. Now it seems that it will be released this year.
Remember that Metal Slug Tactics has Metal Slug, the classic action franchise, in a new direction. It maintains fan-favorite aspects such as detailed pixelated graphics and explosive action, but adds roguelike elements and strategic combat mechanics. Players will control familiar Metal Slug heroes, such as Marco, Tarma, Fio and Eri, in fast-paced and dynamic combat.
And, as it is a strategy game, placing troops in the right place is essential. Doing so will activate the “Sync” skill, which allows multiple heroes to deal extra damage to the enemy.
