Today was the day chosen by Huawei to unveil the P40 family, some of the calls that were expected in the form of rumors that turned out to be very successful. The global epidemic has hit the event as it did not happen as expected, but its supporters are still watching: The Huawei P40 has great potential. Particularly family-friendly, the Huawei P40 Pro and Huawei P40 Pro +: it is enough to dive deeper into its definition so that doubt can be dispelled. At least that's all Google-related services, of course.

Powerful with 5G
As both are top-of-the-range phones, both Huawei P40 Pro and P40 Pro + offer the world's leading product SoC, Kirin 990 5G, released by Huawei Mate 30 Pro. The performance of this processor lives up to expectations, both when starting applications and making lots of machines or playing games. In addition, the product type helps to equip them with 5G connectivity, both NSA and SA networks.
The screen is both large and occupies almost the entire front. Both include a column on both sides of the panel and a hole in the top right corner to include the front camera (32 megapixels) and an avid student who helps secure facial recognition, one of two ways to turn on calls. One way finger reader is at the bottom of the screen: Huawei confirms that learning speed has improved by 30% compared to previous models. And the student gets 30% more.
The rear face of the Huawei P40 and Huawei P40 Pro is clean, with a triangular shape of the photos in the upper left of the wires and an aluminum body. In addition, the curvature of the rear glass is also curved at the edges, this keeps the consistency up front
Storage and RAM reach what is desirable considering the range: 256 and 8 GB. Both include a compatible physical SIM, add an eSIM (physical card) and provide NFC. They don't have a headphone jack.
More cameras, more zoom and a new autofocus
The Huawei P40 Pro and P40 Pro + are embarking on a major product differentiation effort in capturing RYYB sensors that the Huawei P30 Pro has been given credit for. The standard difference between the two models is in the model's second set.
Rear rectangular module houses four or five cameras, depending on the model. Both include a 50-megapixel sensor, which also has a camera with wide-angle lenses and a 40-megapixel sensor (with cinema optics). Both are phone-based, with 5x Pro camera and 3x Pro + camera. And the last one raises the bar for an extra 10x telephoto; That way you can get very close to things (telescopic). The set is completed with a camera dedicated to sending depth.
Photography software is also popular: Huawei has developed an app using Huawei's Artificial Intelligence (third-generation AI Image), Shooting mode can include multiple images (XD Fusion), images are included in high resolution, including object tracking with software (illustrated with telephoto lenses), mobiles allow to remove unwanted objects after images and AI is able to select good image thanks to AI Best Moment, multiple shooting mode which creates live images in a 4K solution. Among many other software options.
Without Google apps or apps
Huawei has put a lot of effort into the capture software, and on the look and functionality when the Huawei P40 Pro and Huawei P40 Pro + leave the factory. Even though that's the case, we already know that both of them are being distributed in major setbacks: they do not have access to Google apps and services, a major obstacle, especially when accessing only apps that are available on Google Play.
Mobiles are rolling out a new version of Huawei's custom layer, EMUI 10.1. And its app store, AppGallery, promises to replace Google Play: developers have increased the availability of apps and games. In addition, Huawei Music will offer free music in Spain from April, up to 1,200,000 albums will be available.
For further hardware updates, both Huawei P40 and Huawei P40 Pro are included 4,200 mAh battery with fast cable charging. They also have IP68 resistance against dust and water, offer WiFi6 and use USB C.
