Kingdom Hearts is one of Square Enix’s most iconic sagas. One of those franchises that little by little is making its way to more consoles and stores, Steam being the last to integrate all the games released to date. And in the meantime, a fourth part awaits on the horizon which will mark the start of a new narrative arc.
But before all that, Kingdom Hearts will arrive fully prepared and adapted for Steam on June 13 This implies that it will also get full support for Steam Deck.
Play Kingdom Hearts wherever you want
As reported RPG website, Kingdom Hearts 1.5+2.5 will be fully playable on Steam Deck, Valve’s portable console. More precisely, they explicitly call it “Kingdom Hearts 1.5+2.5 a demo on Steam Deck“. In short, it seems that official support for the console made by Valve is confirmed, to improve the user experience of players in possession of the aforementioned gaming machine.
After its absence last night at Summer Game Fest, many fans are hoping to get news of the fourth installment at the Xbox Game Showcase. Although it is very likely that, despite the presence of Square Enix at the show, it will not participate in the Microsoft event which will be seen again at D23 in August.
